Yetunde Daniels Rubinstein is a seasoned educator, cultural competence practitioner, and leadership coach dedicated to fostering equity and inclusion in education. She leads transformative efforts as the Lead Instructor for the LAUSD/UCLA Extension Partnership and Founder of Arising Educational Consultants.
Yetunde specializes in training and coaching educators, families, and school leaders on cultural competency, implicit bias, and strategies for creating inclusive school environments. Her engaging sessions provide participants with actionable tools to address inequities, improve school climates, and foster collaboration among students, staff, and families. She also works with educational leaders to develop policies and practices that promote long-term equity and opportunity.
Her expertise extends to program development, including creating college counseling curricula, establishing support systems for students with learning differences, and facilitating equity-centered professional development. As a certified SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) facilitator, Yetunde excels in navigating complex conversations, and empowering participants to drive meaningful change.
