 Yetunde Daniels Rubinstein is a dedicated counselor and educator who focuses on empowering individuals and groups towards meaningful growth. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Arising Educational Consultants, she fosters inclusive environments where dialogue flourishes and transformation takes root, leading with partnership, empathy, humor, humility, and trust. Her rich personal journey—as an immigrant, Division I athlete, U.S. Army veteran, mother of teenagers, and lifelong learner—affords her a unique perspective that resonates with her clients. Yetunde carefully assesses each client's needs, aligning them with her team’s expertise to maximize impact on both individual and collective levels. A certified SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) facilitator, she adeptly navigates difficult conversations around diversity and inclusion, enhancing open communication and collaboration. Her work has positioned her as a trusted partner for organizations seeking sustainable change. In addition to her consulting practice, Yetunde serves as a Lead Instructor in UCLA’s College Counseling Certificate Program, shaping future professionals in the education sector. Currently pursuing her EdD at the University of San Francisco, she deepens her commitment to education, building on her BA in Psychology and MsEd in Personnel Counseling.
